- Customer Responsibilities:

- Customers are responsible for the security of their vehicle while it is in the possession of TDC Truck & Diesel.
- Warranty:
- TDC Truck & Diesel warrants that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill.
- Any warranty claims must be made within a specified period after the service is completed.
- Limitation of Liability:
- TDC Truck & Diesel shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
- Changes to Terms & Conditions:
- TDC Truck & Diesel reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
